Andrew Dyke

With nearly 20 year experience working in Mental Health, Andrew has worked with adults in the NHS and then in a private setting. He specialises in working with workplace stress, trauma, and anxiety-related problems such as Generalised Anxiety, worry, panic, trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, low self-esteem and OCD. He is trained in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation (EMDR) therapy. As well as 1-1 therapy Andrew has also developed self-help CPD workshops for adults to help manage their mental health in the workplace.   He has been asked to deliver these around the UK and has had a particular focus for working with those in education, for example being asked to speak at the Doncaster NASUWT regional conference to deliver workshops on managing stress in the workplace for teachers.

Steph Dyke

Having worked extensively in Education and then Psychology for over 20 years, Steph has a wealth of experience working in schools with children in South Yorkshire as a teacher and then as an emotional wellbeing practitioner.  She has been privileged to work with pupils in both primary and secondary schools as well as specialist education provision.  She enjoys working both proactively to educate individuals around matters of mental wellbeing and reactively to support children when needed.
